Email sequences

I developed a series of three welcome email sequences for a leading cancer research organization based on three different customer personas.  The goal of the welcome sequences was to help them deepen their relationships with their audiences as well as inspire additional donations.


I interviewed patients, social workers, and senior staff members to help determine the right tone of voice and information to include in each sequence. 


I cannot share that work at the moment as the series has not been launched but I am happy to share other email marketing work if you request it
